Roles and Responsibilities
Your Role:
As part of a Management Team, you will (but not limited to):
9. Oversee and support the daily operations to deliver high-quality Early Years Education and Care.
10. Lead, mentor, and support staff in creating safe, nurturing environments.
11. Ensure compliance with policies, regulations, and best practices both in practice and implementing policies
12. Collaborate with families, team members, and leadership teams
13. Drive curriculum planning and support developmental needs
14. Manage administrative tasks, including enrollments, schedules, and records.
15. Champion staff training, performance reviews, and professional growth.
The successful candidate must have
Key Requirements:
A love and passion for working with children (essential)
16. Education:Level 8+ in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
17. Experience: Minimum 5 years and 3+ years managing a large team in an Irish Early Years setting.
18. Belief and an understanding in a Play-Based philosophy and ethos
19. Strong interpersonal, communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
20. Expertise in Early Years Regulations and a play-based, child-centered approach.
21. Passion and dedication to providing quality care and education to children
22. Eagerness to support your team in practice as well as completing administrative tasks and duties
