Bank of America is hiring a Relationship Banker in Dublin, Ireland. This role involves engaging with clients in the lobby to educate and assist with transactions through self-service resources such as mobile banking, online banking, or ATM. Key responsibilities include processing cash transactions accurately and efficiently, building relationships to understand clients' financial and life priorities, and connecting clients to suitable financial solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Execute the bank's risk culture and strive for operational excellence.
2. Build relationships with clients to meet financial needs.
3. Follow established processes and guidelines, adhering to all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Expand business knowledge and network through partnerships with experts in small business, lending, and investments.
5. Manage financial center traffic, appointments, and outbound calls effectively.
6. Enhance the client experience.
7. Manage cash responsibilities.
