Red Chair Recruitment are currently accepting applications for an experienced Duty Manager for one of our well-established clients in Waterville Co. Kerry.
The Duty Manager will oversee the running of key functions in the hotel, as well as ensuring top quality customer experience and they will work closely with other department managers to provide operational support.
This contract is a 6 month contract for spring and summer months.
REQUIREMENTS:
* 2 years of experience in a Hotel or golf club environment.
* Excellent Communication, Leadership, Customer Service, Organisation and Time Management Skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* To support all areas of the property to ensure that all customers are receiving the best customer service care.
* Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
* Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
PACKAGE ON OFFER:
Competitive salary of €30,000 – €35,000 annually depending on experience.
Meals provided on duty.
Free parking on site.
