We hire people with a range of skills, experience, and backgrounds to fulfill roles in careers such as engineering, quality and manufacturing to name just a few.ResponsibilitiesParticipate in or manage systems implementation and integration projects regarding Manufacturing Execution Systems for the EMEA region.Analyze and document business requirements, define functional requirements, prepare specifications and ensure requirements are translated to technology needs.Identify optimization opportunities for value creation in existing and new systems.Develop conceptual alternatives.Create action plans, project plans and roadmaps to implement solutions.Participate in system/concept testing (technical, UAT).Prepare customer presentations or documentation.Support business development activities and internal innovative initiatives.Develop strong customer and internal relationships.Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.Ensure compliance with Health & Safety legislation and regulations.Personnel SpecificationsQualifications And ExperienceNFQ Level 8 Degree in IT or lower level degree with suitable work experience.Min. 3 years working as IT Project Manager in the Electronic Manufacturing Industry / Manufacturing Industry.Experience in the Medical Manufacturing environment is desirable.Solid IT background on Manufacturing Systems Integration.Understanding of databases and related technologies.Strong understanding of technical elements of information systems and AI technologies.Core CompetenciesFluent in English, both orally and written.Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, drive projects and manage high volumes of information and documentation.Ability to understand complex issues and communicate them effectively and concisely.Fast learner, high self-learning abilities and a strong team player.Ability to prepare high quality presentations in appearance and content.Ability to prepare high quality analyses that are accurate and get to the core of the analysis.Apply Back to results
