They are currently seeking an experienced First Notification of Loss Handler to join their Motor Insurance team and maintain a high standard of customer support.
About Your New Job As FNOL handler, you will act as the first point of telephone contact for customers, delivering a friendly, courteous, and professional service to ensure a positive experience.
You will accurately capture all essential information at the notification stage to support appropriate reserving and reduce the need for re-entry.
You will gather and record all relevant details across a wide range of claim types, including Private Motor, Employers Liability, and Public Liability claims.
You will carry out initial desktop investigations of claims, making and confirming decisions on indemnity and liability where appropriate.
What Skills You Need Previous experience in a First Notification of Loss or claims management motor insurance position.
APA qualified and ideally working towards CIP.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent attention to detail is essential.
