This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrician to join a Fuel Maintenance and Installation Company servicing the Fuel Industry. This role requires nationwide travel.
Responsibilities of the Electrician:
1. Provide a complete level of service to our customers in the designated area to include commissioning, and servicing, repairing, calibrating and validating equipment on customer sites to specification.
2. Competently trouble-shoot, fault-find and carry out repairs to equipment as required.
3. Create Service Reports on work completed for customer signature.
4. Adhere to site rules and participate in customer site inductions.
5. Provide onsite training to customers and to colleagues.
6. Participate in the On-Call Engineer Rota.
7. Communicate effectively with customers and always ensure customer satisfaction.
8. Complete all Electrical works in line with the relevant standard and ensure that client specifications are always adhered to.
9. Daily and weekly progress reports on works completed.
10. Complete test/quality documentation in a timely manner.
11. Identify issues and risks at the earliest opportunity, resolve or escalate issues as appropriate
12. Liaise with Management and Staff on project SHEQ matters.
Qualifications, Skills and Experience required of the Electrician:
13. Qualified Level 6 Electrician
14. QC in Electrical Testing and Verification (Safe Electric)
15. Previous Experience with an MV/HV Contractor is preferred.
16. Prepared to work out of office hours and occasionally on weekends, as and when required.
17. Full Clean Irish Driving Licence
