About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our team. This is a dynamic leadership role that requires someone with a passion for hospitality and a proven track record in people management.
As an Operations Manager, you will be responsible for guiding and managing hotel operations effectively. Your key duties and responsibilities will include:
* Providing strategic support to the General Manager
* Directly leading the heads of departments
* Ensuring all staff are consistently motivated and engaged to deliver excellence in service
What You Will Need:
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* 2-3 years of experience in a sales or marketing role, preferably in a hotel or customer-focused environment
* A creative thinker with an outgoing personality, capable of building new relationships and maintaining existing ones
* Proven experience in effective people management within a team environment
* Sales-focused, target-driven, and results-oriented
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
