The Role
We’re looking for a driven, enthusiastic Business Development Executive to lead our sales, marketing, and bookings. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of Derg Isle by driving growth, building relationships, and promoting our unique experiences to a wider audience.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage and grow sales and bookings across schools, corporate groups, and sports clubs.
* Design and deliver creative marketing campaigns that raise awareness and expand our corporate and sports team-building programmes.
* Develop strong, lasting partnerships with schools, clubs, and organisations.
* Oversee weekly staff rosters to ensure smooth operations.
* Identify new business opportunities and contribute fresh ideas for growth.
* Act as a welcoming and professional representative of Derg Isle to all clients.
About You
* Energetic, ambitious, and proactive – you thrive on making things happen.
* Confident communicator with excellent interpersonal skills.
* Passionate about the outdoors and the value of adventure experiences.
* Previous experience in sales, marketing, or business development is desirable.
* Organised, solution-focused, and comfortable working independently.
