Internal Sales Executive
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused sales professional to join our team in Dublin 8. This is an office-based role where you will handle customer enquiries and orders, build strong relationships with regular customers, and support sales growth through excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handling customer phone calls and emails in a timely manner
* BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CUSTOMERS THROUGH EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS AND PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE
* SUPPORTING SALES GROWTH BY PROVIDING EXCEPTIONAL CUSTOMER SERVICE AND IDENTIFYING OPPORTUNITIES TO UPSKILL OUR TEAM MEMBERS IN KEY AREAS SUCH AS ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT
