Purpose The BTA Divisional Manager is fully accountable for delivering the profit plan and operational performance of their allocated departments.
This is achieved through leading and inspiring teams to deliver excellence in sales, margin, payroll management, customer service, and retail standards.
Acting as a role model for Our Clients Values, the Divisional Manager drives efficiencies, develops best practices, and ensures operational synergies are delivered across departments.
In the absence of the General Manager, this role leads the Department Management team to maintain high performance and deliver exceptional results.

Strong analytical and numeracy skills, with the ability to simplify complex reporting.
