Plan, cost, and deliver menus aligned with brand expectations Ensure consistently high standards of food quality, presentation, and service Drive menu development Manage costs Oversee stock control Train kitchen teams Maintain audit-ready kitchens Work closely with senior teams Requirements: Previous experience as a senior chef Strong operational management skills Proven track record of cost control Excellent knowledge of food safety systems Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
