Rowan are a respected multi-disciplinary company that specialise in environmental consultancy, sustainability and forensic engineering. We are a growing, dynamic company with offices in Trim, Co Meath and Oranmore, Co Galway.

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator to join our team and support our operations. The energetic candidate must have excellent organisation and administration proficiencies. Working closely with office management they will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive support across a number of areas. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities efficiently. This role requires a proactive individual who can work independently and as part of a team.

The position will be based in Rowan Head Office, Trim, Co. Meath.

Roles/Responsibilities

* Provide administrative support to the team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
* Maintain and organise office files and documents.
* Proof-reading reports and preparing presentations
* Handle incoming and outgoing communications including emails & calls.
* Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
* Support special projects and initiatives as assigned.

Skills/Requirements

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Strong communication skills both verbal & written and an ability to communicate with all levels of the organisation.
* Excellent time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
* Ability to prioritise work, multitask and work on own initiative.
