Freelance HubSpot CRM Implementation Specialist (Project-Based)


Contract / Freelance | Remote | 10–20 hours per week

Location: Remote (time zone range: GMT to GMT+4)


About Scarpel Telecom


Scarpel Telecom is a fast-growing international telecommunications company operating in the A2P messaging space. We work with enterprise clients globally and are in an active phase of scaling and operational maturity.

We already have HubSpot in place and actively in use. We are now looking for a highly experienced HubSpot specialist who knows the platform inside and out and can support us on an ongoing, project-based basis as new needs, improvements, and integrations arise.

This is not a greenfield implementation. It's a practical, hands-on optimisation and continuous improvement role.


The Opportunity


We're looking for a freelance HubSpot CRM Implementation Specialist to own implementation and optimisation responsibilities.

You'll work closely with our internal team to:

* Improve and optimise existing HubSpot setups
* Resolve configuration and integration issues as they come up
* Support us on an hourly, flexible basis as the CRM evolves with the business

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys jumping into an existing HubSpot portal, understanding how things are wired, and making them better.


What You'll Be Doing

* Optimising and extending our existing HubSpot CRM setup
* Configuring and improving workflows, automation, pipelines, and properties
* Troubleshooting HubSpot configuration and integration issues
* Supporting ongoing CRM improvements as business needs evolve
* Working collaboratively with internal stakeholders on a project-by-project basis


What We're Looking For

* Freelance / independent contractor (this role is not open to agencies)
* Strong, hands-on experience with HubSpot configuration and optimisation
* Proven experience working on existing HubSpot portals, not just initial setups
* Background in Sales Operations, RevOps, or similar operational roles is a strong plus
* Comfortable working autonomously and delivering practical solutions
* Able to commit approximately 10–20 hours per week, depending on project needs
* HubSpot certifications are a bonus, but solid real-world experience matters more to us.


Contract Details

* Freelance / contract role
* Project-based, ongoing support
* Approx. 10–20 hours per week (to be agreed per project)
* Hourly rate: up to €50/hour
* Fully remote
