Job descriptionArc Midleton - Team LeadMarket Green,MidletonPrimary role: To assist the Management Team with the day to day operating procedures in Arc Cinema Midleton. They will be expected to join a team that delivers the highest standards of customer care while working in a fast paced environment.The Position:The role of a Step Up includes but is not limited to:- Serving customers- Operating the 'Ticket Check' point- Clearing and cleaning of auditoriums between movies- Maintaining high levels of cleanliness throughout the cinema, common areas.- Ushering auditoriums to ensure all customers have a relaxed and enjoyable experience- Hosting and providing an exceptional birthday party experience for birthday guests- Stepping into a shift lead role when required to manage the shift that you are rostered on.
