The role of a Senior Director of Compliance is crucial in ensuring that our Commercial International businesses in Ireland operate within the bounds of applicable laws, regulations and company standards. This position will oversee the design, implementation and execution of compliance programs across these businesses.




Key Responsibilities


1. Provide strategic guidance to executive leadership and business teams on compliance matters;
2. Promote a culture of ethics and compliance through collaboration with business leaders;
3. Collaborate with enterprise legal and compliance partners to ensure an effective compliance program;
