About Your New Job
As a Production Supervisor, you will play a vital role in leading and optimizing day-to-day operations on our factory floor. You will oversee a skilled team to ensure targets are met while upholding the highest standards in efficiency, safety, and product quality.
In this role, you will:
* Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing operations and production staff.
* Monitor workflow and production KPIs, ensuring processes stay on track.
* Lead quality control measures and safety compliance.
* Manage materials, equipment, and resources to avoid disruptions.
* Collaborate across departments to improve output and implement operational excellence.
You’ll have the authority to plan production activities and coach your team for top performance.
What Skills You Need
* Proven experience in a supervisory or production control role.
* Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
* Excellent leadership and team management skills.
* Proficiency in production tracking and reporting systems.
* A proactive approach to solving problems and boosting efficiency.
Bonus if you have: A degree in industrial engineering or manufacturing, and/or certification in Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
