Job Description:

As a Night Shift Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing non-directive support and advocacy services to our clients, promoting their participation and social interaction within the community.
Responsibilities:
* Comply with all policies and procedures
* Work as part of a team to create a safe and caring environment for all service users
* Provide non-directive support and advocacy services to service users
* Promote service user participation and social interaction of clients/residents with the community
* Support and follow behavioural care/support plans as developed by Project Workers
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will require:
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Excellent communication skills
* A minimum Level 5 - Social care qualification
* A full clean driving license (preferably Irish)
