Due to continued growth, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to join their team.
What Youll Do: Oversee and manage construction sites from initial setup through to completion Coordinate subcontractors, materials, and on-site personnel to ensure smooth daily operations Maintain HSEQ standards and ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget Conduct site meetings, liaise with clients, and report progress to senior management Manage snag lists, handovers, and final inspections What Youll Need: 3+ years experience in a Site Manager role within construction Strong leadership and communication skills Sound knowledge of building regulations and health & safety procedures A valid CSR/SMSTS card Full UK driving licence What Youll Get: Competitive salary between £45,000 £55,000 (based on experience) Opportunity to work with a reputable contractor on diverse projects Supportive team environment with clear career progression Company vehicle or allowance Ready to take the next step in your construction career?
