Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service professional to join our team in a full-time office based role.
The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B sales or customer service, with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
You will be responsible for processing orders, maintaining customer relationships, and providing exceptional customer service over the phone, email, and face-to-face.
Additionally, you will create and maintain reports using Excel, liaise with the sales team and warehouse staff, and communicate with customers regarding delivery delays or out-of-stock products.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain and update price files
* Process customer orders
* Maintain customer relationships over phone, email, and some face-to-face
* Create Excel reports such as on-time delivery, forecasting, and sales vs forecast
* Liaise with the sales reps and the warehouse team
* Provide excellent customer service, addressing and resolving issues
* Communicate with customers regarding delivery delays or out of stock products
Requirements:
* Proficiency in using Excel and SAP (or similar CRM)
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
* Experience in a B2B sales or customer service background
