Role Overview:
We are seeking a reliable, detail-oriented individual to join our team. This role is split between physical product packing/dispatching and general administrative support, including monitoring and responding to customer emails. You'll play a key part in both our fulfilment process and day-to-day customer communications.
Key Responsibilities:
Packing & Fulfilment Duties:
* Accurately pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for dispatch
* Ensure all parcels are packed to a high standard and in line with brand presentation guidelines
* Label, sort, and organise outgoing deliveries using couriers or postal systems
* Assist with receiving and checking incoming stock deliveries
* Maintain a clean, organised packing/warehouse area
Administrative & Customer Support Duties:
* Monitor and respond to customer emails in a timely, professional manner
* Process returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with company policy with approval from head of retail
* Support with order tracking and customer inquiries
* Provide general support to other team members as required
