ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a Kitchen Assistant to join our friendly and busy team.
Responsibilities:
* Assist with basic food preparation
* Assist with set up & service of food counter
* Keep the area of the Kitchen, its surrounds and equipment clean at all times
* Ensure food hygiene, H&S procedures are followed at all times
* Following all HACCP procedures
The successful candidate must have:
* Proven work experience as a Catering Assistant / food industry
* Professional level of English communication skills (verbal & written)
* Have the ability to work on their own or as part of a team
* Eligible to work full-time in Ireland
HOURS OF WORK
You will be contracted to work 32 hours per week, working straight-shifts. Your working hours will include weekends, public / bank holidays and during Christmas and/or New Year on a rota basis, with a premium rate of pay for hours worked on a Sunday and bank holidays
