The Children's Disability Network Manager (CDNM) is responsible for developing Children's Disability Services in line with National Policy.
A key aspect involves liaising with stakeholders including HSE, CDNM's, staff, and families regarding service delivery.
Using the principles of the Progressing Disability Services for Children and Young People programme, based on family-centred practice and interdisciplinary teamwork, the CDNM ensures the delivery of high-quality, safe, and integrated children's disability services.
The role reports to the CRC Head of Children's Services.
Qualifications and Experience
A relevant professional qualification in Nursing or a Health and Social Care profession, with statutory registration or professional accreditation where appropriate.
Knowledge and ability to perform the duties of the role, including management skills.
At least five years of post-qualification work experience, including three years in or managing children's disability therapeutic services.

The salary scale according to the Department of Health for this position is €88,301 - €97,186.
