As a Senior Consultant, you will lead engagements in digital risk and resilience, providing expertise in AI & Data Governance, Operational Resilience, Cyber Risk Management, Digital Resilience, IT Internal Audit technical SMR support, and Third‑Party Risk Transformation. You will collaborate with Managers and Senior Managers, draft deliverables, maintain risk‑management procedures, and support business development.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain technical expertise in AI & Data Governance, Risk Management and Compliance; Operational Resilience; IT and Cyber Risk Management/Transformation; Digital Resilience; IT Internal Audit technical SMR support; Third‑Party Risk Transformation.
Execute client engagements on the above topics, reporting to Manager or Senior Manager.
Assist management with business development activities (pursuits, proposals, events, thought leadership).
Build and nurture client relationships as part of the team.
Draft key engagement deliverables and workpapers for review.
Adhere to risk‑management procedures and quality standards throughout engagements.
Develop networks with service line champions locally, regionally and globally.
Qualifications
Experience working in an IT risk and control environment at Consultant or senior level.
University graduate, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology.
Minimum of 2+ years of consulting experience in Resilience or Operational/IT Risk Management or Cyber; experience in project management, service delivery, or regulatory work is relevant.
Big 4 consulting experience and training (preferred).
Knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines for financial services (AI Governance, DORA, Operational Resilience, outsourcing, third‑party risk).
Experience in financial services industry (e.g., retail banking, insurance, funds, capital markets, payment processors).
Knowledge of emerging technology, FinTech, cloud services and cybersecurity.
Familiarity with frameworks and standards such as COBIT, ITIL, ISO 27001, SOC, NIST, CSA CCM, COSO.
Professional certifications (CISA, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CSX, COBIT) are preferred but not mandatory.
