Chief of Staff - Leading Fintech Our client a fast growing and dynamic Fintech is looking for a equally dynamic Chief of Staff to work closely with the CEO and the Business. In this very strategic and pivotal role you will act as a key agent of change for the CEO, helping to drive company priorities, ensure execution of strategic initiatives, and optimise the CEO's impact both internally and externally. You will play a critical part in implementing strategy and supporting executive decision-making. As the Chief of Staff, you will work closely with teams across the organization including Sales & Marketing, Finance, Data & Analytics, Product, Operations and Technology. Key Responsibilities; Strategic Project Management Lead cross-functional CEO-led initiatives from concept through execution. Ensure alignment of CEO priorities with organizational objectives. Serve as a key liaison between the CEO and senior leadership team, ensuring coordination and communication. Drive accountability by tracking action items and ensuring timely execution by key stakeholders Executive Communications & Content Creation Act as first line to review and refine documents, board papers, investor decks, executive papers and memos intended for the CEO. Prepare high-quality presentations for CEO-led events including town halls, industry conferences, and client meetings. Support speech writing and narrative development for public speaking engagements and media appearances. Media & External Engagement Preparation Research and prepare briefing materials for CEO media engagements (TV, radio, podcasts). Draft key messages and Q&A documents to ensure consistency of message and media readiness. Investor & Partner Engagement Develop briefing materials and talking points for meetings with prospective investors (VCs, private equity, strategic), banking partners, and prospective enterprise clients. Ensure follow-ups and action items from external meetings are tracked and executed promptly. What We're Looking For : Background as a strategic consultant with 5-8 yrs experience Strong analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data and present it clearly to non-financial stakeholders financial and data literacy Exceptional communication and writing skills and comfortable drafting documents and presentations for C-level audiences. Very adaptable, curious, resilient, and comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
