About Your New Job as Senior Architectural Technologist
* Assist in Project Management: Support the management of residential architectural projects from concept through to completion.
* Technical Design and Compliance: Contribute to technical design work, ensuring all outputs comply with building regulations and standards relevant to residential developments.
* Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate closely with clients, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery and high-quality outcomes.
* Site Visits and Inspections: Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor construction progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.
* Project Support: Assist in managing project timelines, budgets, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery.
What Skills You Need as Senior Architectural Technologist
* 10 to 15 years of experience as an Architectural Technologist, with a focus on residential projects, including single-family homes, multi-unit developments, or mixed-use residential schemes.
* Strong technical skills with a solid understanding of residential building regulations, standards, and construction practices.
* Experience in site management, inspections, and project coordination.
* Excellent communication, collaboration, and client management skills.
* Familiarity with the Irish planning system, building codes, and construction practices is essential.
