We are seeking a highly motivated and data-driven professional to develop and execute integrated social media advertising strategies across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have experience in paid social ads within an agency environment working with ecommerce brands.

Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute integrated social media advertising strategies across multiple platforms.
* Manage all aspects of campaign lifecycle, including planning, budgeting, targeting, ad creation, launch, optimisation, and reporting.
* Deeply understand and leverage platform-specific features and best practices.
* Implement and optimise conversion tracking, including pixel installation and event setup.
* Analyse campaign performance, identify key insights, and generate actionable recommendations to improve ROI.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
* Stay abreast of the latest industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and proactive communication.

Requirements:
* 3+ years of experience in paid social ads within an agency environment working with Ecommerce Brands.
* Proven experience managing and optimising campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and other relevant platforms.
* Strong understanding of ecommerce principles, including customer journey mapping, funnel optimisation, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CLTV, and conversion rates.
* Expertise in campaign management tools, including Business Managers, Ads Managers, and analytics platforms.
* Experience with ecommerce platforms, such as Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce.
* Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
