Key Responsibilities
Design and deploy Cisco & Fortinet networks.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
Lead projects, ensuring scope, budget, and timelines stay on track.
Provide 2nd & 3rd level support, working with vendor TAC when needed.
Use tools like AD, SolarWinds, RMM to optimize performance.
Skills & Requirements
Cisco ISE, Firepower, Wireless, DNAC expertise.
FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer experience.
CCNP & Fortinet FCP certifications required.
Strong in BGP, OSPF, ISIS, MPLS (L2/L3 VPNs).
Great communicator, team player, and problem solver.
