Job Profile
As a Financial Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in overseeing the company's financial operations. Your responsibilities will include:
* Effectively managing accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely processing of financial transactions.
* Accurately reconciling statements and ledgers to resolve queries both internally and externally.
* Processing invoices, generating payment batches, and managing supplier reconciliations.
* Providing technical expertise as required, including VAT and RCT procedures.
* Ensuring all accounts are accurately reconciled and that all queries are resolved.
* Collaborating with the finance team to provide necessary information and manage affected processes.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* At least 5 years of experience in a similar position.
* Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting systems.
* Relevant accounting or finance certifications.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
* Excellent organizational skills and ability to work under pressure.
