FP A Manager (High-Growth, Multi-Entity Business) I'm working with a growing, multi-entity business operating across several European markets that is looking to hire a commercially focused FP A Manager.
This is a high-impact role partnering directly with senior leadership, giving you real influence over decision-making, performance, and growth strategy.
This is a newly created role based in their Dublin 15 HQ (hybrid).
Responsibilities: Lead budgeting and forecasting across multiple business units Deliver meaningful analysis on margins, costs, and performance drivers Partner with operations and commercial teams to improve profitability Support tenders, pricing decisions, and business cases Drive better reporting, insights, and process improvements Experience: Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent) 5+ years in FP A, commercial finance, or management accounting Strong Excel skills.
Power BI a bonus Confident communicator who can challenge and influence stakeholders Commercial mindset with a focus on driving performance Strong base salary and package attached.
