As Regional Business Manager, you will oversee the growth of our on-trade and off-trade channels, leading a high-performing team of sales professionals. Key responsibilities include executing strategic plans, building strong customer relationships, and monitoring KPIs to inform business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
* Take ownership of regional performance, driving commercial growth and success.
* Lead and manage a high-performing field sales team, ensuring individual and collective success.
* Execute and deliver commercial strategies within your region.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, including national and regional customers.
* Monitor and enhance KPI performance, reporting on sales data, customer engagement, and team activity.
* Identify growth opportunities and execute localised sales initiatives to maximise market presence.
* Cross-functionally collaborate with national accounts, marketing, and operations teams.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Proven experience in a sales leadership role within FMCG, preferably in drinks or related industries.
* A strong understanding of on-trade and off-trade channels.
* Excellent people management and coaching skills, with a passion for developing teams.
* Strategic thinking, commercial acumen, and analytical capabilities.
* Results-oriented, self-motivated, and a strong communicator.
* A full clean driving licence, with flexibility to travel across the Munster region.
