The Role:
6. Working closely with the Project Manager to coordinate day-to-day activities
7. Overseeing sub-contractors, operational staff, and on-site personnel while assisting the Project Manager in delivering the project with superior quality, on time, within budget, and adhering to safety, environmental, and quality standards
8. Taking charge of the management and implementation of the safety management system within the project.
9. Overseeing the finalisation of both internal and external finishes
10. Guaranteeing the prompt procurement and delivery of materials and equipment
11. Delivering regular progress updates to the site management team and clients
12. Participating in and leading weekly management team meetings
13. Maintaining meticulous records of site activities and documentation
14. Active participation and utilization of our construction management platform, Procore.
Experience/Qualifications Needed:
15. Degree/Diploma Qualification / related Trade qualification
16. Minimum of five years' experience in site management is required
17. Experience in Setting out is required
18. Extensive experience in high-quality finishing work is essential
19. Leadership in team management is a crucial requirement
20. The preferred candidate should possess prior experience in industrial or warehouse environments
21. Experience working with cloud-based servers and project management systems is required
22. Capability to develop a comprehensive program of works is a fundamental necessity
23. Proficient in supervising both internal and external finishing tasks to impeccable standards, demonstrating an exceptional attention to detail
