**Job Description:** As a seasoned sales leader, you will be responsible for guiding and mentoring a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional results and exceed revenue targets. Your primary objective will be to foster strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions that drive business growth.
**Key Responsibilities:*
* Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in the sales team
* Drive sales performance through effective coaching, mentoring, and training
* Analyze market trends and client data to inform strategic decisions
* Foster strong client relationships and partnerships
**Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
* Minimum 11 years of sales experience, preferably in advertising, marketing, consulting, media, or business development
* Proven track record in people management, leading sales teams to achieve exceptional results
* Fluency in English and Dutch, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
o 8 years of experience managing customer relationships at an executive level
o Knowledge of traditional and online marketing strategies, with e-commerce experience
o Ability to model and coach sales behaviors, including C-level engagement and objection handling
