Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to join our team on a 13-month maternity cover contract. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to the delivery of both local and global people initiatives within a fast-paced, matrixed environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide strategic HR support across multiple business units
* Coach and empower managers on performance, engagement, and team development
* Support workforce planning and retention strategies
* Talent & Learning: Assist in succession planning and talent reviews, promote learning and development plans aligned with business needs, and support management development and career progression pathways
* Employee Relations: Offer best practice guidance on ER matters, helping to create a positive workplace culture, equip managers with the skills to manage employee issues effectively
* Performance & Reward: Drive a meaningful performance management process, partner with compensation teams to deliver competitive retention plans and market-aligned packages, and contribute to local and global HR initiatives and policy development
Required Skills and Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
* Previous experience in a HR Business Partner role, ideally in financial or professional services
* Strong interpersonal and influencing skills with a solution-focused mindset
* Experience in a matrixed or international organisation (advantageous)
* Third-level qualification in HR, Business or related field
* Strong project and stakeholder management skills
