We have an excellent opportunity for an experience contract ERP BA to work in a client facing role assisting with the implementation of a new ERP system. The successful candidate should be comfortable running workshops, gathering requirements, mapping workflows, identifying system gaps, and supporting ERP implementation and optimization projects. Responsibilities include preparing functional specifications, coordinating testing, supporting data migration, and assisting with user training and change management. The role requires strong analytical, communication, client facing skills and problem-solving skills, along with experience using ERP platforms such as SAP or Oracle The successful candidate will have: 8+ years ERP Business Analysis experience including RP implementation experience in multi-entity organisations Strong workshop facilitation capability, experience in process mapping and process standardisation with experience producing BRD, FRD, NFR, and fit-gap documentation Strong stakeholder management experience Experience with ERP design and implementation lifecycle as well as strong understanding of ERP configuration vs customisation approaches Experience supporting UAT and testing preparation Preferred Experience Preference will be given to candidates with: ERP cloud transformation experience Experience with Intact IQ / GenetiQ ERP (desirable) Experience in Finance and Supply Chain ERP modules Experience in manufacturing, distribution, or multi-entity operations Experience in change management and organisational transformation Experience working within governance-led ERP programmes Key Personal Attributes The candidate should be: Structured and process-driven Strong communicator and facilitator Confident challenging stakeholders Commercially aware Able to balance standardisation with operational realities Able to drive decisions and achieve signoffs For a conversation in confidence please contact Turlach by email today, Please note this is a contract role with an ASAP start, sponsorship is not available.
