Option for a four day working week.
Key Responsibilities: Advice on wills and succession planning Drafting of wills suited to individual circumstances from simple to complete General Inheritance tax advice General advice on Succession Law Administration of estates- simple to complex.
Applications for Grants of probate, Administration Intestate, Administration will annexed Dealing with UK and foreign assets, instructing agents regarding foreign grants Family disputes in probate cases Advising elderly clients client/their families on options to protect and deal with their circumstances- EPA/ADMR Licencing applications district and circuit court Qualifications and Key Requirements: Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 2 years post-qualified experience in probate law.
Strong knowledge of probate and estate planning laws and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a busy caseload and work effectively under pressure.
High level of attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
