Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement strategic commercial plans in collaboration with the General Manager & Revenue team.
* Manage and lead the sales team from recruitment through to team development.
* Ensure close working relationships with regional and brand leads for Sales, Revenue, and Brand.
* Provide local market knowledge to stay ahead of the competition.
* Take ownership of pre-opening sales strategies and the sales critical path.
* Collaborate with key teams to ensure effective working together to drive top-line revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
