This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

JOB PURPOSE

The
Convenience, Wholesale, Northern Ireland & Value CAM
is responsible for leading commercial growth within key retail and wholesale customers. This includes developing and executing customer business plans that drive sales, market share, and profitability in line with strategic growth ambitions.

You will be the primary contact for customer buying, supply chain, shopper marketing, and internal brand and commercial teams — ensuring collaboration and flawless execution. You'll also work closely with European and Global channel teams to identify opportunities, drive innovation, and unlock channel-specific growth.

RESPONSIBILITIES

* Build strong, sustainable, and strategic customer relationships.
* Negotiate effectively to deliver win–win outcomes for both parties.
* Develop and deliver customer strategic business plans using available cross-functional resources.
* Build optimal trading and activation plans to maximize category performance.
* Manage customer investments and ensure all commercial agreements are accurately documented.
* Partner with internal teams to ensure flawless promotional execution and administration.
* Drive in-store excellence — ensuring high visibility, strong presence, and impactful execution.
* Use data, shopper insight, and customer feedback to continuously improve business plans.
* Deliver market share growth through effective execution and differentiation.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

* Full P&L ownership for designated customers and total channel performance.
* Deliver turnover and trade investment targets responsibly and efficiently.
* Manage monthly performance versus forecast, course-correcting as needed.
* Oversee accruals, pricing, and trade terms compliance.
* Support accurate and timely administration of pricing, promotions, and contracts.
* Drive RSV (Retail Sales Value) and deliver year-on-year share growth.

Requirements:

* 3+ years' experience in FMCG or Consumer Goods in customer management or category development.
* Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking.
* Experience in category management, shopper insights, and retail activation.
* Proven success in P&L management, negotiation, and joint business planning.
* Excellent project management and budget control skills.
* Strong influencing and relationship-building capabilities across functions and levels.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS and shopper data systems.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
