Join a Retail Business That’s Redefining the Customer Experience
From head office to the shop floor and everywhere in between, our mission is simple: to deliver an outstanding customer journey across every part of our retail operation.
Managing a group of stores is no small feat—it’s a high-impact, high-responsibility role. That’s why we’re selective about who joins us. We’re looking for ambitious retail leaders who are driven, forward-thinking, and passionate about people and performance.
This is more than a traditional management role. We want strategic thinkers and problem-solvers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to inspire their teams. You’ll bring proven retail management experience, but more importantly, a mindset that embraces innovation, simplicity, and high standards. If you’re ready to lead from the front and elevate performance across your region, we’ll fast-track your development with exceptional training, real autonomy, and a highly competitive package.
As part of the application process, you’ll complete three short exercises designed to help us get to know your leadership style and potential.

* Foster a positive, engaged working environment and drive collaboration across your area.
* Coach and develop Store Managers, supporting their growth and performance.
* Monitor and optimise stock flow to improve efficiency and reduce waste.
* Conduct regular district visits and cash management checks.
* Support business projects with hands-on feedback and insights.
* Oversee refurbishments, new openings, and store re-launches.
* Set and deliver annual business plans, KPIs, and staffing strategies for your district.
* Align your district with broader company goals and initiatives.
* Participate in regular leadership meetings and strategic planning sessions.
What You’ll Bring
* A 2:1 degree in any discipline or at least three years of retail management experience.
* Strong leadership and team-building skills with a proactive, hands-on approach.
* Excellent organisational, planning, and communication abilities.
* A full, clean driving licence and flexibility to travel.
* Experience in a high-pressure, fast-paced retail environment.
* A passion for delivering results and developing people.
