This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing excellent service, managing customer orders, and ensuring smooth delivery processes within a fast-paced B2B environment.
You will play a key part in supporting the sales and operations teams, ensuring customers receive an exceptional experience from order placement through to delivery.
Key Responsibilities Process and manage customer orders accurately using SAP or similar ERP systems.
Handle customer queries regarding orders, deliveries, and product availability.
Liaise with logistics partners to monitor deliveries and resolve any issues promptly.
Support the sales team with quotations, product information, and pricing updates.
Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
Prepare reports and assist with invoicing or credit notes as required.
Proactively identify and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements 2+ years experience in a customer service, order processing, or administration role within a B2B environment.
Experience using SAP (or a similar ERP/order management system) is essential.
Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
