Red Chair Recruitment is seeking a
Planning & Capacity Administrator
to join the Human Products Authorisation and Registration (HPAR) division of a regulatory body.
This role involves overseeing applications from receipt to scheduling, supporting licensing and assessment teams, and ensuring all processes are completed accurately and on time.
Key Responsibilities
Process and validate applications, ensuring compliance with timelines and procedures.
Support scheduling, document management, and quality control processes.
Maintain and update workflow systems and databases, including European platforms.
Liaise with internal departments, external stakeholders, and European regulatory bodies.
Assist with non-product-specific administrative duties (e.g., post, reception cover, queries).
Identify and escalate scheduling or resource issues to management.
Contribute to performance targets, customer service standards, and departmental goals.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in a busy office environment.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise large volumes of work.
Excellent attention to detail and accurate typing skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
Experience in data entry and administrative support.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders.
Team player with a proactive, solution-focused approach.
Additional Information
Annual leave: 22 days per annum, plus public holidays.
