Bar Supervisor required for Warehouse Bar + Kitchen (Full‑time position). Join our team at Warehouse Bar, Letterkenny, Co. Donegal. Main Purpose of Job
To support the Bar Manager in the day‑to‑day running of the bar, including planning, organising, and delegating tasks to staff; to provide a friendly and efficient service at all times, dispensing orders accurately and correctly in accordance with company standards; and to ensure all hygiene and Health & Safety standards are maintained.
Duties
Assist in managing the activities of the bar to ensure quality and standards of service are maintained in line with company standards.
Support the Bar Manager in overseeing the team and daily operations.
Maintain a strong focus on customer care, ensuring that customers receive the highest possible level of service and attention.
Assist with stock control, including stock rotation and maintaining appropriate stock levels.
Ensure the bar is kept clean and tidy at all times.
Follow and enforce all hygiene regulations.
Suggest ways of up‑selling and maximising bar profits.
Carry out administrative duties as required, including checking floats before and after shifts and reporting any irregularities.
Be fully aware of all current liquor licensing laws and ensure these regulations are followed.
Maintain a physical presence on the floor and liaise closely with the Bar Manager, General Manager, kitchen, and Head Chef.
Applicants must have previous experience in Food and Beverage service or supervision, be enthusiastic, energetic, and customer‑focused, with the ability to work well under pressure and fit in with the existing team.
