Key Accountabilities:
Supporting the CMU team with administrative and reporting requests and queries
Ensuring that KPIs are managed and maintained on accounts
Liaising with head office and customers with respect to any issues encountered on a day-to-day basis and responding in a timely manner.
Coordinating with customer service and the various head office operations teams on service levels
Liaise with telesales, merchandising, purchasing and operations regarding new listing, nominated lines and promotional and seasonal cycles
Maintaining and building relationships with site managers and chefs of specific commercial accounts
Administration of commercial account projects to ensure timely and effective completion
Generating reports daily using a range of software applications
Be responsible and flexible to ensure customers' needs are met
Requirements:
Excellent IT Skills including Microsoft Excel is essential
Previous Office / Administration experience
Strong numerical & analytical skills essential
Proven customer relationship skills
Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to work to tight deadlines
Proven reporting skills and ability to analyse reports
Fluent in English – written and spoken
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
