Our Dublin based clients are presently recruiting Quantity Surveyors for Large-scale Data Centre, Logistics, Industrial and Commercial projects across County Dublin.Make sure to apply quickly in order to maximise your chances of being considered for an interview Read the complete job description below.The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering the project on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.This is an excellent opportunity to work on large-scale, complex builds in the growing Data Centre and Logistics sectors.Key Responsibilities Manage all commercial and contractual aspects of the project Monitor budgets, cash flow, and cost forecasts Prepare valuations, measure works, and manage variations and claims Procure and manage subcontractors and suppliers, including tenders and contracts Maintain subcontractor accounts, interim payments, and final accounts Collaborate with site teams, design consultants, and clients to resolve commercial issues Produce and present monthly cost reports to senior management Support value engineering and cost-saving initiatives Ensure compliance with company procedures, contract requirements, and industry best practice Qualifications & Experience Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or related discipline 3+ years experience as a Quantity Surveyor on large-scale xsokbrc projects Exposure to Data Centres, Logistics, Industrial, or high-value commercial projects is highly desirable Strong knowledge of construction contracts (RIAI, JCT, NEC, or similar) Salary is open to negotiation and based on experiences.
