Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Financial Systems Specialist to play a key role in the implementation of our ERP system.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Deltek Maconomy, enabling them to drive successful finance module configuration and deployment.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the implementation of finance modules within the ERP system, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives and timelines.
* Collaborate closely with Finance, Procurement, Operations teams to gather and validate business requirements.
* Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to system configuration, processes, and procedures.
* Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), prepare test scripts, and support system and process training.
* Troubleshoot issues and coordinate resolution of bugs, defects, or process gaps.
* Conduct thorough system testing and quality assurance to ensure optimal performance.
* Perform data analysis and reporting to support informed business decision-making.
* Map and document end-to-end financial processes, identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements to meet business needs.
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
* At least 5 years of experience in ERP implementation or support roles, with proven expertise in Deltek Maconomy.
* Strong knowledge of finance and accounting processes across O2C, P2P, R2R, EPM, and Time & Expense.
* Proficiency in SQL and Maconomy reporting tools such as Cognos, Power BI.
