What You’ll Build
As a Senior Procurement/Manufacturing/Warehouse Management Consultant (f/m/d), you guide customers’ digital transformations using cutting‑edge SAP technologies, advance the GROW with SAP initiative, promote Clean Core principles, and accelerate SAP’s innovation and AI adoption.
Role
You will utilize internal and external customer‑specific information to develop and deliver transformation services – GROW Model for our customers aligning with their business objectives. In this role you work with a variety of experts in a multi‑disciplinary setting, collaborating with highly motivated and experienced colleagues to increase value by driving activities such as:
Leading advisory engagements with customers and internal SAP teams.
Supporting customers throughout their overall Cloud Transformation journey with a team of consultants.
Owning and delivering customer workshops, managing scope and expectations.
Promoting SAP best practices and references.
Providing architecture guidance using GROW with SAP methodology and Clean Core principles to ensure maximum value from SAP’s standard cloud capabilities.
Identifying innovation use cases (AI, BDC, CAIA, CIS) that benefit our customers’ strategic and operational objectives.
Advising customers’ management on architecture and transformation activities.
Identifying and mitigating technical adoption risks.
What You Bring
At least 3 years of SAP consulting experience in Procurement/Manufacturing/Warehouse Management, ideally in SAP Cloud ERP Public Edition.
Knowledge of the SAP intelligent enterprise and its integration scenarios between solutions.
Good understanding of functional integration aspects with other SAP modules.
Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Strategic mindset, continuous learning, and business acumen.
Experience with two or more end‑to‑end process implementation cycles.
Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work well within teams and build long‑term customer relationships.
Flexibility and ability to quickly adapt to new environments for rapid growth.
Certification in the core area is advantageous.
Excellent English language skills.
