Executive Culinary Director Opportunity
As a seasoned culinary leader, you will be responsible for spearheading the kitchen operations and crafting innovative menus that align with our upscale dining concept.
* Lead the day-to-day kitchen team to deliver exceptional culinary experiences
* Develop creative, seasonal menus that meet our high-end standards
* Mentor and motivate the team to achieve consistent excellence in food quality and presentation
* Maintain the highest standards of food safety, quality, and guest satisfaction
* Oversee all kitchen financial performance, including cost control and inventory management
* Build strong relationships with suppliers to ensure quality and value
* Collaborate with hotel management to drive innovation, revenue growth, and customer satisfaction
Requirements
* At least 35 years' experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef in a luxury dining environment
* Proven menu development skills with a modern, guest-focused approach
* Strong leadership experience with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing teams
* Excellent knowledge of HACCP, food safety, and compliance standards
* Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining high standards
