Company Health & Safety Manager
Location: Dublin
Salary: €85K - €90K Negotiable & commensurate with your exp. + full package
An experienced Senior Health & Safety Manager is required to join a leading main contractor to head up their Health and Safety department.
The successful candidate will be instrumental in upholding the highest standards of safety, health, environmental protection, and quality throughout the Company. They will be responsible for implementing and managing all related policies, performing site inspections, and ensuring compliance with both legal regulations and internal standards. This role demands a proactive attitude toward risk management and a strong commitment to fostering a safe and healthy work environment for all employees and subcontractors.
Requirements:
* Must have a Degree level Qualification in H&S and / or quality
* 8+ years' experience in working with Main Contractors / developers in the building industry.
Desirable
* Degree Engineering or related design discipline with recognised Health & Safety training i.e., Diploma/Degree or equivalent in Health & Safety (ideally in Construction Health & Safety)
* Chartered Member of Engineers Ireland, IOSH or similar OR working towards chartered member status of a professional body such as Institution of Occupational Safety and Health [IOSH], Engineers Ireland or Institute of Civil Engineers
