Location: County Kerry, Ireland
Salary: €15.00 – €18.00 per hour (depending on experience)

Sky Staffing Solutions is hiring on behalf of our client for the position of Maintenance Person in Co. Kerry. This hands-on role is suited to an experienced and reliable individual who can ensure the smooth operation, safety, and upkeep of a hospitality property through regular maintenance and prompt repairs.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, organised, and capable of addressing a wide range of routine maintenance tasks across electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repair areas.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform daily maintenance checks and address repairs promptly
* Carry out basic electrical, plumbing, painting, and carpentry tasks
* Respond to maintenance requests from departments and resolve issues efficiently
* Ensure all facilities, equipment, and systems are operating safely and efficiently
* Monitor and maintain heating, ventilation, and other building systems
* Maintain maintenance logs and report on completed work and outstanding issues
* Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times
* Support with external contractor supervision as required
* Keep all tools and work areas clean, safe, and well-organised
Candidate Requirements:
* Multi-skilled with basic proficiency in electrical, plumbing, and building repair work
* Ability to diagnose issues and carry out solutions independently
* Good communication and time management skills
* Flexibility with working hours and availability for occasional weekends
