Job Description
* Serve as the first point of contact for employee queries on P&C policies, procedures, and practices.
* Provide guidance and support to people managers on P&C matters, ensuring consistent and effective people management.
* Partner with hiring managers to support recruitment, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
* Coordinate and enhance onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring positive transitions and continuous improvement.
* Support the delivery of learning content for our Learning Management System (LMS) and play a key role in embedding the system across the company.
* Manage the administration and communication of company benefits and total reward initiatives.
* Support the delivery and coordination of our workplace wellness program, contributing to employee wellbeing.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records using the HRIS and ensure data integrity.
* Monitor employment legislation to ensure policies remain compliant and up to date.
* Identify and support opportunities to streamline P&C processes and enhance the employee experience.
* Lead and/or support P&C-related projects, contributing to a progressive and inclusive P&C function.
Qualifications, Skills & Experience:
* Minimum 2-3 years' experience in a similar HR or P&C role, ideally within a fast-paced environment.
* Degree-qualified in Human Resource Management or a related discipline.
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
* Excellent organisational and time management capabilities, with a keen attention to detail.
* A proactive team player with the ability to work independently and flexibly across multiple priorities.
* Demonstrates discretion, integrity, and professionalism when dealing with confidential information.
* Confident IT user, with experience in managing a LMS considered an advantage.
