Responsibilities
* Store standards: Work alongside the Branch Manager to maintain high standards from front of house to the warehouse.
* Leading by example: Inspire your team to deliver a great customer experience.
* Store management: Manage budgets, rotas, payroll, P&L analysis, stock management, and profit improvement.

* Management experience and a desire to progress your career.
* A keen understanding of what our customers want, with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
